Interviewer: Ms. Hadid, you are recognized as one of the most prominent contemporary architects and a pioneer of the parametric style. What is your design philosophy?

Zaha Hadid: For me, architecture is more than just designing a building. It should reflect the dynamism and changes of the modern world. The parametric style allows us to use new technologies to create complex and flexible spaces that harmonize with their surroundings.

Interviewer: Your designs often feature curved forms and fluid structures. Why did you choose this style?

Zaha Hadid: I have always been fascinated by organic forms and movement in space. Curved forms bring dynamism to buildings and make spaces not only functional but also experiential. Architecture should not be rigid and static; it must be flexible and interactive with its environment.

Interviewer: You have extensively used digital technologies and computer modeling in your projects. What role do these technologies play in your designs?

Zaha Hadid: Digital technologies and computer modeling enable us to create forms that were once difficult to imagine. These tools allow us to execute intricate, curved designs with high precision, pushing the boundaries of traditional architecture.

Interviewer: One of your most famous projects is the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku. Can you tell us about this project?

Zaha Hadid: This project was very special to me because we were able to create an open and continuous space where walls, ceilings, and floors seamlessly flow into one another. It was designed to present architecture as a spatial experience rather than just a physical structure.

Interviewer: You were the first woman to receive the Pritzker Prize. What did this achievement mean to you?

Zaha Hadid: It was a historic moment, not just for me but for all women working in architecture. For a long time, architecture was a male-dominated field, but today, more women are achieving success in this profession. I hope this path becomes even more accessible for future generations.

Interviewer: What advice would you give to young architects?

Zaha Hadid: Be bold and don’t be afraid to take risks. Architecture requires creativity, perseverance, and innovative thinking. Always believe in your ideas and strive to push the boundaries of design.

Interviewer: Thank you for this inspiring conversation.

Zaha Hadid: Thank you as well. I hope architecture continues to be a tool for creating innovative and transformative spaces.
