In the first proposed design for the commercial building facade, vertical white microcement is utilized to create a modern and minimalist appearance. The design incorporates vertical slits, allowing natural light to pass through into the interior, enhancing transparency and brightness. The smooth, uniform surfaces of the white microcement provide a clean, polished look that creates an intriguing contrast with the urban environment.
In the second proposed design, spider glass facade construction is featured, employing intricate geometric lines to create a strikingly modern and dynamic appearance. This glass facade, combined with spider frame structures, lends the building a sense of lightness and openness, allowing clear visibility between the exterior and the interior.
Both designs emphasize light and transparency as core elements but differ significantly in their execution and details. The first approach achieves simplicity and flexibility with microcement and slits, while the second offers a bold, avant-garde look with spider glass, delivering a more dramatic and contemporary visual impact.
