The two-story residential façade design features access from both the main street and an eight-meter alley. At the corner of the alley, curved shapes have been incorporated into the design, creating a sense of movement and fluidity in the building’s appearance. This harmonious design is executed with simple and natural materials, such as white brick and wood, to achieve a modern yet warm aesthetic.

The white brick, with its clean and smooth texture, gives the building a bright and minimalist look. Meanwhile, the wood, with its warm texture, adds a natural and welcoming feel to the exterior.

In the courtyard, a large pond and a children’s play area have been thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful and vibrant environment. These elements, combined, provide a comfortable and delightful space for residents, balancing practicality with appealing visual aesthetics.
